It appears the last has not been heard of the Davido/Kayode airport saga
- The musician’s elder brother took to social media to rant about his passport being seized by authorities after the sad event
- He said the country is doing its best to frustrate him
NAIJ.com had earlier reported that a friend of popular Nigerian musician named Kayode had been arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos recently .
Kayode was involved in an altercation with officials at the airport as he, Davido and Adewale (Davido’s elder brother) returned from a trip to Dubai.
What many did not know was that Adewale’s passport had been seized due to related events that happened that day. According to other reports, every other person who traveled in their party had their passport seized also.
Even though the matter seemed to have been resolved with Kayode even released from prison, Adewale’s recent post on Snapchat confirms that they still have a case to answer.
He expressed his frustration at having his passport seized while also declaring that he had nothing to do on the matter.
