After Shatta Wale’s public apology to Samini and Stonebwoy, Artiste and Repertoire (A&R) manager of Zylofon Music, Lawrence Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog has revealed that the management team of Shatta Wale intentionally prevented Stonebwoy and Samini from attending the Reign Concert.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, Bulldog stated that they had to protect Samini and Stonebwoy. Bulldog further explained that preventing the two dancehall artistes from attending the show was the best decision. “It would have been something else if they had come on stage. …It would have been a little bit chaotic”, he stated.
According to Bulldog, the management team had chanced on several social media posts of Shatta Movement fans threatening to destroy Sarkodie’s car if he showed up at the event.
He also stated that Stonebwoy‘s pronouncement that Shatta Wale would have been killed if he (Shatta Wale) was Jamaican for the comments he made against him during the death of his mum as another reason they prevented them from entering the Dome.
